We had a great program in Limon, CO on Saturday, April 12. Thank you to all who came to hear our program about the Lost Sand Creek Site discovery. The program was hosted by the Limon Memorial Library.
The Lost Sand Creek Site discovery doesn’t simply provide a new location for an alleged massacre—it changes the story to a running battle. This discovery is substantiated by over 4,000 Sand Creek village and battle artifacts. The alleged massacre location is void of period artifacts.
Check out the video from our program below: (Click on the picture/video below to watch).
We had some surprise attendees at our program, including Janette (Peterson) Kochis, Raymond Morris and Nikki Adams. Chuck rode the school bus with Janette to Eads School. Raymond Morris attended the Order of Indian Wars tour in 2003, hosted by Chuck and Sheri Bowen, at the Lost Sand Creek Site. Nikki (Igou) Adams’ mother, Lola Igou, drove a Kiowa County bus for the Order of Indian Wars tour guests.

Be sure to get a copy of our book, We Found the Lost Sand Creek Site, to learn the truth about the real location of Black Kettle’s village and running battle areas. There are over 100 photos of maps and artifacts detailing what was found and where.
